Lumppings sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Digital Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your digital product will be delivered electronically. Download access may be provided through the checkout confirmation page, order status page, email, or a digital delivery app connected to the store.

Most digital orders are delivered immediately after purchase. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes while payment or order processing is completed.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital downloads, there are no shipping fees, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or physical delivery times.

Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you entered the wrong email address or did not receive your download, contact us at lumppings@gmail.com with your order number and the correct email address.

Missing Download Email

If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at lumppings@gmail.com and we will help you access your purchase.

Access Issues

If a download link does not work, expires, or the file cannot be accessed, contact us with your order number and we will assist you.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
