At Lumppings, all products sold through our store are digital downloads. Due to the intangible, non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and the download link is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing.

 

Why No Refunds?

Because digital files can be copied, stored, and redistributed, refunds would effectively result in receiving the product for free. This policy is in line with Canadian consumer protection laws and common practice for digital goods across Canada.
